Summer is coming, so that means it's time for cocktails. For a nice party or just to sit on the terrace, for every occasion there is reason enough for a cocktail. When you think of a cocktail, it quickly contains alcohol, but did you know that cocktails can also be made without alcohol? In this blog, we share several alcohol-free cocktail recipes that will see you through the summer!

Alcohol-free cocktail
A cocktail without alcohol is mega delicious even if we say so ourselves. Sometimes even better than a cocktail with alcohol. If you're the odd man out, if you're pregnant, if you don't like alcohol or if you just don't want to have a hangover the next day, alcohol-free cocktails are the solution for you! Because when you make your cocktail cosy, it looks just like the real thing!
Our favourite
Our favourite alcohol-free cocktail is the ginger beer cocktail. No, there is no alcohol in ginger beer;) Put this cocktail in a nice cocktail glass, decorate it with a sprig of thyme and it will seem like a real cocktail because of the ginger beer. Alcohol-free ginger and elderflower cocktail
This cocktail is also high on our list of favourites. This is a very nice cocktail, with ginger and elderflower.
- 10ml G'nger Pure
- 10ml Elderflower syrup
- Sparkling mineral water
- Lemon
- Ice cubes
Put the G'nger pure with the elderflower syrup and three slices of lime in a nice glass. Add some ice cubes and fill the glass with sparkling water. Stir the cocktail and enjoy!


Our favourite is the ginger beer cocktail
This cocktail is really a party. The ginger beer's spice gives your cocktail a surprising twist. Who doesn't like surprises?
- 10 ml G'nger Pure
- 50 ml (fresh) Orange juice
- 100 ml sparkling water
- Sprig of rosemary
- Orange slice
Mix the G'nger with sparkling water and orange juice. Then fill a champagne or cocktail glass with it. Garnish with the rosemary sprig and the slice of orange.
G'nger mojito
Another favourite cocktail is the mojito ginger.
- Sparkling water
- 1 teaspoon cane sugar
- 10 ml G'nger pure
- 5-10 mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Lemonade syrup
- 1 lime
Put the G'nger together with the juice of half a lime, one teaspoon of cane sugar and about five mint leaves in a glass. Cut the squeezed lime into pieces and add this too. Mash this mixture as well as you can. Put some more mint leaves in the glass and then fill the glass with the sparkling water and the lemon syrup. Stir the cocktail well and put a straw in it. Enjoy!
