Making pure ginger juice
You can make pure ginger juice by putting fresh ginger in a juicer. Wash the ginger before putting it in the juicer. You can also make pure ginger juice by peeling the ginger and putting it in a blender with some water. However, making pure ginger juice yourself takes time, both making it and cleaning your blender or juicer.

How do you get juice from a ginger?
Of course, you cannot easily squeeze ginger like a lemon or an orange. But you can get juice from ginger without using a juicer or blender. To do this, clean the ginger and grate it finely with a hand grater. Collect the grated ginger in a cheese cloth, fold it into a ball and squeeze it until the juice comes out.

A question often asked is: does drinking pure ginger juice help you lose weight? Ginger is sometimes called a miracle drug, but unfortunately there is nothing that makes it easy to lose a lot of weight. However, drinking pure ginger juice can contribute to the weight loss process.

Recipe with pure ginger juice

Ingredients:
- 15 - 30ml G'nger Pure Ginger Juice
- 300 - 500ml hot water
- 2 slices of lemon
- 3 slices of cucumber
Preparation:
- Clean the lemon and cucumber and cut into slices
- Fill a glass with G'nger ginger juice and add the slices of lemon and cucumber
- Pour in the hot water
- Stir the contents and allow to brew for 2 minutes
If you want it a little sweeter, add honey to taste!
