Ginger smoothie, what do you need?
- 1 shotje G’nger Gember sap
- 50 grams Kale
- 50 grams fresh pineapple
- 300 millilitres apple juice
Blend all ingredients together and add the ginger juice in parts to taste. For extra protein, add 1 scoop of vegetable protein of your choice.
If you do this, also increase the amount of apple juice by 100 millilitres. The ginger juice can sometimes be very overpowering in a smoothie.
Therefore, first mix a little ginger juice into the smoothie. If it is still not spicy enough, increase the amount of ginger juice.
For an extra icy result, add ice cubes. This will give the smoothie extra bite. Want to get some extra vegetables in? Juice the kale first. If you're in a hurry, this is not recommended.
